I'm Zach, the builder behind Flux Nine Labs, based in St. Louis.
In 2022 I fell deep into AI, started turning it into real-world automations, and eventually began building dashboards that connect messy metrics and turn them into clear decisions. That work led to live analytics builds for a large ISP and a television network.
Now I help teams remove friction, automate repeatable work, and learn how to use AI confidently—so they can move faster, think clearer, and grow without the chaos.
From Burnout to Business Automation
At the time, my team was short-staffed and burning out. People were buried in repetitive tasks and running on fumes. So I started building automations. Small stuff at first. Things that gave people room to breathe and reminded them why they liked the job in the first place.
The results kept building. What started as a few internal fixes grew into a company-wide AI implementation that I led from the ground up. I trained every department on what tools to use, how to use them, and where AI actually made sense versus where it didn't.

I came at all of this as a creative, not a programmer. I don't believe AI should replace people. I believe it should take the busywork off their plate so they can focus on the things that actually move the needle.
